The Key to Divine Wisdom

How do we access divine wisdom from God? God will make you more intelligent than you are; it is simple. All you have to do is ask! We often seek Him out to give us answers, and He is more than capable of doing so, but we need to activate the authority within ourselves for divine wisdom.

Times and seasons in your life will leave you feeling lost, like how the Israelites felt while traveling to the promised land. God is doing the same thing in our lives that he did for the Israelites. He asks what you want to do next. Do you want to listen and hear from me? Do you want to take your own path? Or do you want to be like Joshua, leading the lost Israelites who chose to lean into what I had to tell him? We need to call on the Lord for direction; it is the best Google Maps you could hope for!  

Did you know that it takes the same amount of time to worry as it does to pray; one difference is the results! God tells us to lay that worry down at the altar and surrender it all to Him. The different seasons we face will require different levels of His divine wisdom. Our faith is not an on-call system. We need to apply it in all situations consistently.

 “But you have received the Holy Spirit,  and he lives within you, so you don’t need anyone to teach you what is true. For the Spirit teaches you everything you need to know, and what he teaches is true—it is not a lie. So just as he has taught you, remain in fellowship with Christ.” 1 John 2:27

The anointing is already within you; the Bible tells us this. He wants us to learn how to apply it in and through our lives to live out His promises for us. Sit in a quiet place with God this week and ask Him for direction. Ask Him to show you the areas of your life that need clarity, and seek out the wisdom within you!
